The Legislative Decree 81/08 of April the 9th 2008 (“Consolidated Law”) regulates all aspects of the protection, health and safety in the workspace: from the establishment of inter-ministerial consultative and coordination Bodies, that have tasks of prevention, training, supervision, health and safety at work to the identification of employers and managers obligations as well as the requirements for delegating functions.
The Company has internally qualified professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 for the preparation of safety and coordination plans both in the design and in the execution phase.
